“I spoke with Michael for a roof inspection and estimate, Kristy for additional questions and scheduling, and Jim for on-site questions.
Out of five companies that came to offer work estimates, I appreciate that Cornerstone Roofing and Michael were one of only two outfits that physically inspected our roof inside and out. I appreciated Michael's no-nonsense and non-pushy approach and his clear explanations. He pointed out areas of potential concern, explained the likely residual life left in our roof, and potential improvements to our roof's venting system. I left with an understanding that we had more time left on our existing roof, but that replacing it now could prevent further hassle or repair.
Cornerstone Roofing fell roughly in the middle of the prices that we were offered, and without a hard sale and without a requirement to watch a sales presentation. When we chose to move forward with a roof replacement, Kristy was accommodating both to answering additional questions and to our schedule.
The job lasted approximately two days. Compared to another re-roof that we experienced from a different company in Oregon, the Cornerstone Roofing crew did an outstanding job ensuring that the work area was clean at the end of each day and at the end of the project.”
