I had NGB Roofing come out after noticing a leak around one of our upstairs windows. It had been raining pretty hard and I figured it was probably something small, but once we started looking closer there was definitely some damage that needed attention. They checked the roof and found where the water was getting in, then went over what needed to be done before starting the repair. I liked that they didn't try to turn it into a bigger project than it needed to be. The guys were easy to deal with, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The leak hasn't come back and everything looks good. Nick came out to inspect our gutters and was genuinely one of the most honest people we’ve met. He explained clearly what needed doing and what didn’t, saying it wasn’t worth replacing the gutters yet and that it would be better to wait it out to do it all at once when it comes time for a roof replacement.
He also did patching and sealing, and completed a thorough inspection. He was kind, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions. He was happy to teach me and I learned a lot. Highly recommend.
