“We had a leaky roof and it did some water damage to our wall and framing. We had the roof tarped and started taking bids for the roof. During the inspection for the bid, Yires Roofing found issues with the flashing around our chimney that was still allowing moisture in. They temporarily repaired it for free, and then put in a reasonable bid. Most importantly they were able to start within a week, when most roofers were scheduling for May. They finished the work ahead of schedule and completed everything they promised to. And they did a great job with cleaning up, which given the amount of nails they used wasn't easy. We are 100% satisfied with the work.“
