“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.<br><br>Updated note on 6/16/25: Despite the owner response to this comment, no one at ProClean will respond to my emails or phone calls.<br><br>Updated note on 10/6/25: ProTeamClean reached out and are paying to replace the windshield.”

“We have been very satisfied customers of Chinook Services for a number of years. They have always come through with doing an absolutely exemplary job. This week, Cory power washed our front and back yard retaining walls to remove the moss and dirt. He did a totally thorough job, even going the extra mile to apply a moss retardant to the stones. Michael came today and cleaned out our dryer lint trap and vent hose. He gave us good advice on replacing the dryer vent cover on the outside of the house. His work also gives us peace of mind that any lint build up is gone. We really appreciate Chinook Services in helping us deal with some of the burdens of home ownership.”

“HIGHLY Recommend! Out of many quote requests, they were the only one to respond and provide a quote the same day. One of our gutters had torn off partially; urgent but by no means an emergency.<br>That said, the crew still got us on the books within a couple days, at a very good price, completed the work in their estimated time and the results were beautiful and, more importantly, effective.<br>Communication was always quick, direct and relevant. “The owner of Crown Roofing, Rob Pereira, provided us with a detailed proposal for installation of a new roof. The proposal had three options for materials and his package included copy of his business license , surety bond information, certificate of liability insurance and sample of the 10 year installation warranty. Basically all the information we would need but didn't have to ask for.<br>His company has been in business since 1999 and was referred to us by a neighbor that had used their services. Rob is a pleasant knowledgeable person to deal with and his employees are hard working diligent experienced roofers.<br>I have no hesitancy in recommending this experienced, honest, small business Rob and his employees. He were a pleasure to deal with.”

“I had an amazing experience with All Access Roofing & Gutters, and I want to give a special shoutout to Juan and Mario who worked on my house. Also want to mention Yolanda from customer service, she was awesome. Communication was very timely, clear, and super helpful from the first inquiry all the way to the day of the service.<br><br>Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice.<br><br>Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. I really appreciated their work ethic and the way they went above and beyond without me even asking. They cleaned the small shed roof that isn't connected to the house, adjusted other parts of the gutter that needed attention, and left the whole place so clean. Not just the debris from the roof and gutter, they even blew away the storm branches and leaves around the yard.<br><br>Honestly, driving home and seeing how clean and fresh everything looked made me so happy. “In 2010 we had Star Roofing replace our roof and they did a great job for a reasonable price. They also replaced our 3 skylights with new opening ones for a great price.14 years later we noticed that the roof was sagging by one of the skylights. Thinking it was a water intrusion I called Star Roofing as they have a great warranty. After some discussion with Chris, he sent Nick out to check on it. Nick sent some pictures back to Chris and he noticed the sagging roof bays were above our brick chimney. He thought it might be caused by no lower roof vents due to the chimney being there. He sent Nick out to remove the roofing on the effected area and sure enough there was no water intrusion and indeed caused by the lack of venting from the homes original construction. There was some damage to the top of 2 roof joists so Nick went and got material to repair them. He had everything repaired and the section re-roofed in one day!! Even with the fact that it was not their fault, they didn't charge me a thing. I don't write many reviews, but when I get such great service I have to let others know. I would definitely recommend Star Roofing not only for a new roof, but for roof repair also. Thanks Star, Chris, and Nick, J.T and Connie Adams.”

That didn't even address the root cause of a poor ventilation design, so the mold would have returned. Clay, the owner of Eagle Roofing, discovered the design problem, and he and his crew were able to fix the ventilation, add insulation, and treat the mold for a third the cost of the attic company. In addition, he scheduled a followup visit in January to see if additional adjustments are needed -- at no extra cost! No wonder Eagle Roofing has an A+ rating from BBB!”
