“A new roof is a major decision and a pretty stressful one. We received quotes from 7 companies total. Skyline was high middle of the pack on price and warranty. We initially signed with Four Seasons (who actually gave us the highest quote), but as we got closer to the project some "extras" we had talked about (new skylights and mounts) suddenly became more than twice the cost they had initially stated, communication got weird/aggressive, and we never heard from the sales guy we felt comfortable with again. So we reached out to a couple more companies and I'm very thankful we found Skyline. Greg was super responsive, extremely accommodating, and the folks that actually did the work were kind, courteous, and kept the job site clean. Everyone we interacted with was a professional taking pride in their work. The roof looks great and the price was fair. We felt Skyline genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or have them back.“

“We've used these folks for several jobs over the last couple of years, they're the real deal. Professional, high quality work at a fair, reasonable price. No nonsense. Professional equipment. We've had our windows cleaned by 3 or 4 companies over the 8+ years we've lived here and up till now have been underwhelmed either by the price, the work, or both. Several of them used long poles for the upper, outer windows with mixed results. Not this outfit, they use ladders and do as thorough and detailed a job as they do down below and inside. It's like watching those professional outfits doing high rise office buildings. Our windows now sparkle, they've never looked so good. Only nitpick? Punctuality. If you get a 2 hour arrival time window count on more. We both work from home so we make it work.“
“Contacted the company and the next day I had a response from Pascal. He came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. Juan and his crew showed up 3 days later right on time. Repaired and put waterproof layers and new shingles on my porch roof and fixed the gutter so the damage would not continue. Then they cleaned the roof and gutters as well as the roofs on my two sheds. Added a gutter on one of the sheds as well. While they were here I asked if they could trim back some of the branches from my cedar trees that were overhanging the roof. For just a little extra they cut back the branches then cut them all up and put them in my green bin. When done with everything they cleaned up any mess and left my yard looking great. I will definitely use them again for repairs and roof maintenance and when it comes time to replace the roof I will be calling them! Thanks All Access!“

“Okay so we find ourselves in this world where the big noise is that we must protect our own butts so someone out there doesn’t take us to the cleaner because we trusted them to do the job they said they would do. You know, like in the good old days, the American way. Quality, integrity, pride in the work we do. Well today I happily paid a gentleman some of my very hard earned money to replace my well worn roof. Elder of Monumental Roofing said he would come on Tuesday and replace my roof for a reasonable rate and he would take care of a small issue with a gutter and was not worried that my roof was way up high and quite steep. He said they would clean up after they were done and I would not know they were there. After they had left. Well what do you know, his team showed up on time and here it is Thursday afternoon and I have a new roof as agreed and my yard is cleaner than it was when they came! The gentlemen, and I use the word in the most literal sense, took to their job in a most admirable and professional manner. They cleaned up as they worked, they were respectful of our privacy and were friendly to boot. I will recommend Elder Quintana and Monumental Roofing to anyone who asks. They are the real deal.
