“In 2010 we had Star Roofing replace our roof and they did a great job for a reasonable price. They also replaced our 3 skylights with new opening ones for a great price.14 years later we noticed that the roof was sagging by one of the skylights. Thinking it was a water intrusion I called Star Roofing as they have a great warranty. After some discussion with Chris, he sent Nick out to check on it. Nick sent some pictures back to Chris and he noticed the sagging roof bays were above our brick chimney. He thought it might be caused by no lower roof vents due to the chimney being there. He sent Nick out to remove the roofing on the effected area and sure enough there was no water intrusion and indeed caused by the lack of venting from the homes original construction. There was some damage to the top of 2 roof joists so Nick went and got material to repair them. He had everything repaired and the section re-roofed in one day!! Even with the fact that it was not their fault, they didn't charge me a thing. I don't write many reviews, but when I get such great service I have to let others know. I would definitely recommend Star Roofing not only for a new roof, but for roof repair also. Thanks Star, Chris, and Nick, J.T and Connie Adams.“

“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

“Nick and his crew did great work on a difficult roof project for a historic home in Magnolia. They put a lot of extra effort into fixing problems and damage on the roof and improving the flashing. The finished roof looks amazing because of his hard work and attention to detail.“

“A portion of our rain gutter got bent and detached in a rainstorm last year and I’ve tried to re-attach it several times, only to have it come off again a few months later. I had had enough so I was seeking quotes and Kyle was one of the quickest to respond. He was able to come out in a timely manner and he securely re-attached the rain gutter and even cleaned out our downspout which was full of pine needles and cones. He not only did that but he was kind enough to also give me advice on products to use for keeping stuff out of the gutter. When he was finished I asked him to type me up an invoice while I went into the house to get my wallet, but he said he wasn’t going to charge me! Is it me, or is that rare these days?!

I requested 3 free quotes from well-respected roofers and Cornerstone’s was the most prompt and by far the most professional and detailed. And it was considerably less money than the competition. The staff was great at communication throughout the process, including when needing to reschedule due to rain. And at the end, when the recent rain produced mud splatters on some of our windows, they went above and beyond to arrange cleaning. One note is to make sure to request photos of the finished roof from the manager on the day the roof is QC inspected (easier for submitting proof to insurance, which resulting in a premium deduction).
