“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

From start to finish, the customer support was amazing. Every question we had was answered promptly, and the process felt organized and professional the whole way through. The crew was respectful of our home and incredibly thorough. They kept our yard clean at the end of every single day, which we truly appreciated, and did a very detailed final cleanup once the job was complete.

“HIGHLY Recommend! Out of many quote requests, they were the only one to respond and provide a quote the same day. One of our gutters had torn off partially; urgent but by no means an emergency.
That said, the crew still got us on the books within a couple days, at a very good price, completed the work in their estimated time and the results were beautiful and, more importantly, effective.
Communication was always quick, direct and relevant. They also provided several options that enabled us to pick and choose what fit our needs best, even when some of those options probably weren’t the best for their profits. Integrity is tough to find these days and Gutters Inc has it.

Cornerstone explained why I needed sheathing atop my 1949 shiplap, how a CertainTeed roof system works, why ridge vents aren't right for the tiny ridges on hipped roofs. “In 2010 we had Star Roofing replace our roof and they did a great job for a reasonable price. They also replaced our 3 skylights with new opening ones for a great price.14 years later we noticed that the roof was sagging by one of the skylights. Thinking it was a water intrusion I called Star Roofing as they have a great warranty. After some discussion with Chris, he sent Nick out to check on it. Nick sent some pictures back to Chris and he noticed the sagging roof bays were above our brick chimney. He thought it might be caused by no lower roof vents due to the chimney being there. He sent Nick out to remove the roofing on the effected area and sure enough there was no water intrusion and indeed caused by the lack of venting from the homes original construction. There was some damage to the top of 2 roof joists so Nick went and got material to repair them. He had everything repaired and the section re-roofed in one day!! Even with the fact that it was not their fault, they didn't charge me a thing. I don't write many reviews, but when I get such great service I have to let others know. I would definitely recommend Star Roofing not only for a new roof, but for roof repair also. Thanks Star, Chris, and Nick, J.T and Connie Adams.“

“Part 1, Pre-Wash and Pressure Wash. Part 2 Apply Treatment. Five years ago Eastside Roof Cleaning performed both services and while neighbor's cedar roofs appear dried out and deteriorating my roof looked like it was still new-ish. Today, Reggie and Paulo braved the rain to wash bags and bags of moss and tree crap from the shingles and cracks in between. The gutters and area below the roof were completely covered. When they completed cleaning the gutters and areas my home and its roof looked NEW. They cleaned my 3 skylights to perfectly clean. They made my gutters look new. Troy, the sales representative for Eastside, said that he had a team that would get the job done efficiently. His confidence was well founded. The next day, Eastside Roof Cleaning sent out Juan, an expert craftsman, who installed 3 new downspout cleanouts that had fallen into disrepair and complete a cedar roof section repair. His team will be back in May to apply the roof treatment when the outside temperature gets warmer. From ownership to sales to their field teams doing the work on my extremely pitched roof in pouring rain. This company is best of the best.“

“I just saved thousands of dollars! After discovering mold in my attic, I got three quotes for repairs--the highest exceeding $18,000+ from an attic company! That didn't even address the root cause of a poor ventilation design, so the mold would have returned. Clay, the owner of Eagle Roofing, discovered the design problem, and he and his crew were able to fix the ventilation, add insulation, and treat the mold for a third the cost of the attic company.
