“We have had the best experience with everyone from the front office all the way to the vet and her assistants. My Dog is not very calm around most people but the vet is so calm with her voice and around him he is calm… They are very patient, kind, understanding and thoroughly goes over every option and the prices and very affordable!!“

Afterwards, they gave us her paw prints in a beautiful case, then sent a card signed by the entire staff with a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Kuhn. It was way above and beyond and meant so much to us.

Losing any pet is difficult, but their kindness and compassion will always mean a lot to us. They have my business as long as I'm here, and I'd recommend anyone else to go to them.

If you see this, Dr. Kuhn, just know that I appreciate you so much, and your staff is amazing. It doesn't take away from the sadness, but you couldn't have made this difficult choice any easier. Thank you so much! I'm sure it's a hard thing to do for you guys, as well, and the level of professionalism and compassion was absolutely top-notch!

She is extremely thorough and provides excellent, compassionate care every visit, and I have an elderly 18 yr old cat that challenges her most every visit! But she- and staff, are always extremely kind and caring. Dr. Carrie always goes above and beyond to care for my pets. And she has literally saved both of their lives at one time or another. “I’ve been coming to this clinic since Dr Hunter was still in practice and love both Dr Shrag’s. The scheduling is a little different but it works. They have been great every time I see them and I trust them. A lot of people complain about having to pay for veterinary care but I have always found their prices reasonable. My dog is family to me and she’s worth the cost that’s expected with owning a pet. In the past I considered changing to a vet that has weekend appointments but Hunter is flexible. Pets can be dropped off for all or part of the day, seen by the vet and picked up when convenient for the owner. I will stick with them as long as I am a pet owner.“

“When a primary care vet was needed, a spokane emergency vet mentioned several, none were taking new patients Except : Dr Moms. when dental work and evals were needed for our 2 chihuahuas, Dr Moms came through for us... amazingly compassionate approach to Canine patient care. no nonsense approach to plan of care, and pricing is done in advance, no surprises, simply one of the best Vets I have ever met. recently had to diagnose and set up long term therapy and care for our 8 yr old. the negative reviews look more like a "competitor campaign" from a nearby clinic, I have paid a fair price for my pets dental care and it was worth it.. as far as med prices go, yes chewy is cheaper, but don't bash This business for charging a fair price, I work in retail and get really tired of hearing about Amazon, a faceless selling machine. hey, you do you... “I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I could put some peace of mind for some pawrents bringing their dogs to this vet.
I brought my dog to get a dental cleaning. At first I was nervous because I didn’t get many instructions and didn’t have a pre assessment to check in his teeth with the vet.

I even thought about canceling the appointment because I had many concerns but I knew my dog’s dental health was important so we went with it.

This is not like other veterinary clinics, this place is BUSY BUSY! You don’t see the vet because of how busy they are so your contact will be the front desk ladies doing the face to face work with clients.

Drop off is hectic. We arrived at 7:30am and it was already very busy. I am not sure why most reviews here say the front staff is rude? I had a pleasant experience with the employee that helped me check in and she even went over the paperwork I was filling in and explained what will happen to my dog during his stay.
I was lucky he only needed a standard dental cleaning and no extractions were done so by 3pm he was ready for pick up and had a very speedy recovery from the anesthesia.
When I picked him up again the front desk was very nice and even helped me schedule an appointment for my other dog.
I think most of the bad reviews regarding the front desk is because these ladies ARE BUSY and multitasking. Both morning and afternoon when I arrived to the clinic there was at least 4 people in line and from what I could see it was only 3 front desk staff?

Overall I was very pleased with my experience, the price was extremely affordable and they even called me the next day to check up on my dog to make sure he was on the path to recovery.“

Today 7/30/24 Dr Mark made room in his schedule to see my son's ferret within an hour of our phone call requesting if it was possible to get an appointment. ? All staff were friendly as was Dr Mark, and he is just so informative, relaxed, friendly and not pushy towards expensive tests right at the get go. We both immediately felt comfortable w Dr Mark's approach in treating our ferret. My son has a disability so he easily gets upset and has limited financial resources as well. “Very impressed with the staff and the vet. Brought my son's dog in to get some tumors removed. They gave me a quote between $750-$1250. That had me a little worried but it ended up being on the lower side. The surgery came out great. There was no complications. The staff is very friendly. You could tell they care about your pet.“

“We were referred here by our vets in Kennewick for a discoloration of our cat's iris and general malaise. Diagnosis was a very painful dislocation of lens. We were very happy with the care he received, although it did require removal of the eye. Testing and surgery was expense but not out of line with other vets. They described all options and costs at 1st visit. 2nd visit he was there for entire day. Our daughter's cat had similar diagnosis and they were also pleased with care, lthough she died within a few months of feline HIV.“
