Wow! I have so many things to say about this place. First, I was in pure panic trying to find a vet to look at my mom’s cat which we thought had gotten attacked by a raccoon. I must’ve called 15 places- nobody could get us in same day and I encountered some extremely rude receptionists through out these calls(ridiculous)- my last call was to Wandamere animal hospital. As I told her what was going on they were immediately comforting and said they could get him in! After battling my mom’s cat getting him in the crate, driving him there and walking in, I was greeted with smiles kindness and support! They knew his name and got back to a room within 5 min! Dr. Wachtel is incredible. She went above and beyond on many occasions and her guidance on canine diabetes was top notch. Regular follow ups to adjust insulin doses or check on how my pup was doing meant the world.
I have gone here for years and have always had a great experience with the staff, even with my reactive dog. They are always so kind and patient. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good place that will care for your babies.
