I was referred here from Mt. Spokane Veterinary hospital since their exotic vet was on vacation and my bearded dragon needed put asleep due to an aggressive tumor. They were very accommodating scheduling me for the next day however the day of the appointment my little guy went down hill quickly and passed a few hours before my appointment. They were very empathetic and refunded my down payment for reserving my appointment same day. They even sent a nice card sympathizing for losing my little guy.

This is my second Great Dane that we have had seen by Dr. Gentemann. I am always so please with our experience as he is very kind, knowledgeable and honest. He will tell me when a test is needed or not needed, and he doesn't just try to rack up a giant bill just because. Dr. Gentemann will always listen to my opinion on what I would like done for my pets and try to find a solution that takes that into account. I never feel rushed or unheard when seeing the Dr. which is always nice. Dr. Gentemann also sees our other 2 medium sized dogs and he's great with them as well.

If anyone is needing any end of life for their pets, this is the place to go.We sadly had to put our 12 year old basset, maggie down, and it was highly emotional for myself and my sister.The only reason i gave it four stars was the rude receptionist i spoke to over the phone when i first made the appointment. HOWEVER, everyone else i talked too, besides her, were amazing. It was expensive, but i think co.pareable??? . 200 for the cremation and getting her ashes and 375 for the exam and the ethunasation, so $575 all together, but they accept care credit ifneeded, but... in the end, the vet, the vet tech, and (most) receptionist, were sooooo kind and compassionate, and...read full review
