Fantastic experience @ Hunter Veterinary Clinic in Spokane, Wa. Today 7/30/24 Dr Mark made room in his schedule to see my son's ferret within an hour of our phone call requesting if it was possible to get an appointment. ? All staff were friendly as was Dr Mark, and he is just so informative, relaxed, friendly and not pushy towards expensive tests right at the get go. We both immediately felt comfortable w Dr Mark's approach in treating our ferret. My son has a disability so he easily gets upset and has limited financial resources as well. But he really likes Dr Mark and has trust w the "doc". I'm a retired Veterinarian assistant so I understand more about these medical issues than my son, and I was very impressed w Dr Mark! Thank you Hunter Veterinary Clinic! 5 all the way!
We chose Hunter Clinic because we had a variety of pets that needed care (Dogs, Rabbits, birds) and they were the only one who could do it all! We've been their customers for years, and they have literally saved the lives of at least one of our dogs. They have always shot straight with us and have not tried to charge us for things we don't need or want. Their scheduling process can be a bit confusing, but once you learn it, it is not impossible or uncaring. We will continue to use Hunter's!
They are great with my dog and if you can't get an appt with your vet you can show up there on a Saturday morning (you have to get a number and wait so go early) and they will see you. My other vet had month long waits and are only open 9-5 so made it hard to get my dog to the vet without missing work. They do a great job.
