We first met with Lexar Homes Spokane over a year before we finally decided to build. At the time, we chose to explore other builders and looking back, that was a costly mistake in both time and money. After that frustrating detour, we came back to Lexar, and it immediately felt like the right decision.
Our sales person, Kate, was incredible throughout the entire process. Even during that first year when we weren’t ready to commit, she was always available to answer questions, walk us through options, and explain everything without any pressure. Building a new home with Lexar Homes of Spokane has been a great experience. From beginning our design with Kate to finishing touches with Damian our experience has been better than we ever expected. We had minimal hiccups throughout the process and if any concerns came up they were always heard, addressed in a timely manner and done the right way. Kate was able to help us get the finishes we wanted while staying well within our budget.
