Tammi did an exceptional job. I sent her pictures of my hair goals and she beyond exceeded my expectations. I left with gorgeous hair and a great experience. The atmosphere made my visit that much more. The interactions with the the other stylist Amy and other clients were as if I’d been going there forever. I will definitely be returning as a regular. Highly recommend.

LOVE Tried and True loft. Amy is a gem of a human and not only gets my hair perfect every single time, but also is a delight to talk to. The salon is SO CUTE and comfortable and everyone I've ever talked to there is so down to earth. When I first moved to Spokane in 2011 I tried out so many different salons looking for someone/somewhere where I felt truly comfortable and where they understood what I wanted to do with my hair. After years of trying different places and feeling like I was settling and overpaying for color/cuts, I found Amy and never looked back.
