First visit to Legacy. Needed to clear up a nasty oozy ear infection on my large super mutt mix, Rylee. Very easy to set up an appointment and get financing started. Working with ScratchPay was super simple. We got into a room almost immediately. The vet and the tech helping where very sweet and had great energy. Everyone there was very welcoming and seemed happy to be at work. The office was clean and updated. My dog is normally super protective and growls around new people. I had no problems and she even left my side to get pets from the vet. I’ve brought my dog here a few times now since she has had a few problems. The drs I have seen are phenomenal. The vet techs are also phenomenal. They always make sure everything is checked and thorough. They are kind and compassionate with my old fur baby also.

I have experienced great care at Legacy with my two dogs. Front office staff is friendly, the veterinarian has been very helpful with both my dogs with dealing with some picky eating and digestive issues. It's very helpful to me that they offer Saturday hours, being that I work five days a week and it's very hard for me to get into a vet Monday through Friday. As we all know, veterinary care is not cheap, but I appreciate this clinic that they don't seem to up charge and offer me different options and avenues as far as trying a few experiments first, versus doing lots of expensive tests. This is good comprehensive care.
