Took my daughter in for her first eye exam and I was worried about whether or not she'd be willing to sit and follow directions through the exam. Dr. Fischer was very kind and patient and even explained all her 'scary' instruments to help ease some of the nervousness. I also thought the front desk staff were very kind and patient and helped me find a pair of sunglasses that would fit my face well. I highly recommend.
I have been a patient here for several years now. I chose Lakeside Vision because I wanted to go somewhere they knew my name and I wasn't just another person coming through the door and Lakeside Vision didn't disappoint. Dr. Fischer treats you with respect, dignity, empathy and professionalism and so do her staff. On my last visit I had a herniated disc in my lower neck and Dr. Fischer constantly paused, asked how I was feeling and gave me the time I needed to feel less pain before continuing with my exam. They are incredibly clean and organized and everyone greets you with a smiling face.
