Dr. Ceballos, PA-C and staff were amazing as always! Unfortunately I ended up at Urgent Care again and from front desk to Paige the MA, everything was flawlessly helpful and efficient.

On Tuesday afternoon, my hand got in the path of an electric hedger while positioned on a ladder several feet up. Wrapped up my hand while my wife and I headed somewhere. Kathryn thought we should check Indigo Urgent Care in Liberty Lake just a mile from our home. The parking lot traffic was sparse as we walked in. While Kathryn gave information to the young woman at the counter, I was escorted back to a room. Within minutes Sarah was getting me cleaned up and prepped for Samantha, the Nurse Practitioner. The staff was so nice and caring. Dr. Glass was so understanding. My grandson is autistic and ADHD. She was so kind and took a lot of time with him. Also the Medical Assistant Kelly was great. She was also very patient and understanding. I would recommend this office to others.
