“I groom my mini schnauzer at home but she hates getting her nails clipped or dremeled. I have been to the salon 4 times for a walk in nail trim. The groomers have always been kind, friendly, and fast. I call ahead to be sure someone has time to do a walk in and they have always done her quick service immediately, takes a few minutes rather than the hour plus it would take me to do it. My dog only has to have scary nail time for a couple minutes saving her the stress, extra helpful as her nails are black and grow very quickly. Highly recommend!“

Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup.

“I called to schedule my girls for a much needed grooming, left a voicemail, and got a call back the next day. I was able to schedule the girls within two weeks, which was perfect for me.
A few days before the appointment I received both a text and email reminder, which was very helpful. The day of the grooming, I met Dee, she is very pleasant and welcoming. I dropped the girls off, and Dee said it would be 3-4 hours to finish them both, and she was closer to the 3 hour mark. The girls seemed even happier than their previous grooming appointments. They each got cute bandanas, smell great, and the grooming is impeccable. I am very pleased with how well they both turned out.“

So patient with our skittish girl - especially the male receptionist who talked to her and kept her calm through the nail cutting. “today my little blind dog was groomed and it was a wonderful experience! They took such good care of her and I'm grateful. I normally cut her myself because she was terrified from a previous groomer. When I picked her up she was very relaxed and didn't show any signs of distress. “I have a very old dog with some icky lumps, sorry, they are icky. They groom him so nicely and carefully. He always looks darling and is not stressed out in the least. They are extremely fast.
