I got quotes from multiple contractors but decided to go with Frank since he explained everything with a lot of detail and patience to make sure I understood what was needed. He was thorough, yet didn't overwhelm me with false information or try to oversell his services.
If you're looking to get your water heater replaced, look no further! You might get cheaper quotes from other companies but most of them are not licensed plumbers and use a cheaper brand of water heater. Rooter Pal installed a Bradford White water heater with brass fittings, which are way more durable than what the cheaper competitors use.
He was able to accommodate me in his schedule pretty quickly and made the whole process seamless. He even came back to replace an out-of-stock part free of charge. Rooter Pal will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs in the future.
