The examination was carried out very qualitatively, the doctor carefully listened to all my complaints and answered all the questions that bothered me. I received high-quality advice and recommendations. I especially want to note that they helped me choose the right comfortable glasses

The staff was very friendly and polite, which created a comfortable atmosphere during the stay at the clinic. I felt that my needs and requests were really important to them and they were willing to do whatever they could to help.

The other doctor I used to see retired so I had to find a new place, I’m happy to have found this establishment. The costumer service is beyond satisfactory! “The idea of laser eye surgery had always seemed extreme, until the fantastic team at LASIKPlus walked me through the procedure at my pace and addressed all my concerns. The surgery itself was so quick and painless that if it wasn’t for the immediate change in clarity, I may not have realized we were done.“

“I can not tell you enough how comfortable I felt at this place. From the moment I walked in, even though the staff member was on the phone with a client, she acknowledged my presence with a smile. While browsing I could see the urgency they were taking to help customers by phone and in person. The person who took my initial information was patient as well. Once the exams started I got a little anxious but the calm tones from all staff was very warming. No one was yelling or speaking harshly and they didn’t mind helping not one bit. Dr. Singh was ahh-mazing. The tips and context during the exam was stellar. But I was really floored by the staff that helped me after I completed the exam. They could see I was having trouble finding a good fit (with the whole “larger than life beautiful head” I have), so they tag teamed helping me find the perfect pair(two actually)! Again, I didn’t want to soak up their time with my indecisiveness, but they didn’t leave me hanging. They weren’t trying to upsell or down play any product. They were truly helping me find what I needed and I appreciated that. I could go on and on but the moral of this review is, try them out!

Notice I didn’t mention the cost? Well, that’s because you can get lower rates or better deals I’m sure, but quality, knowledgeable, service driven people is really hard to find. I understand this won’t be everyone’s experience but I really hope it will at some point someday. Can’t wait to receive my glasses ?

“Today was my first time seeing Dr. Liaw. She was informative and kind and all around awesome. My tech Veronica was fantastic and the gals at the desk were above and beyond nice. All around a really great experience. I made the appt maybe 24 hours before and they got me right in. There was no waiting between tests. This office seems super efficient. Also they had very up to date equipment that I've never even seen before that was far more comfortable than I'm used to. So stoked this is close to my home.“

“I went in there and said i had some particles in my eye from sanding sprayfoam, they got me in the room in about 10 minutes and put a numbing agent in my eye and made sure it was all out, then procribed me some really good eyedrops.“

This was my first time going there and they all took so much time to tell me exactly what was going on with my vision, what hardware would be best for me and then proceeded to help me pick out glasses as well, I couldn’t decide and probably took a ridiculous amount of time to choose which pair and I never got even a hint that they were annoyed by that or losing patience with me or anything like that. “Greatest customer service and affordable glasses repair.They repaired my wire frame glasses when the nose pad snapped off, they were the only place that told me they would be able to do the repair (I contacted multiple businesses, even jewelers, no one else would do it). I got them back with brand new nose pads and everything was tightened feeling new again.(Note: they dont do the soldering at this location, your glasses will be mailed)I would recommend them to anybody.“

“My wife and I could not be happier with the glasses that we have received from this Vista Optical. We have been extremely happy with the service provided by both Eddie and Niki. They both went out of their way to help us each time that we have come into the store. Eddie went way above and beyond the service that one would normally expect when we helped us get lenses to fit the inserts in light weight specialty cycling glasses.

It is very difficult to find people who are as conscientious and knowledgeable as the employees at this store. My wife and I are beyond middle age and have been using prescription eye wear for many decades. Our experiences with this Vista Optical are the best that we can remember. This location is a shining star compared to other optical shops, and we are very happy to have found them.“

“The doctor and staff are wonderful, however, both times I have gone for appointments I was taken late by 45 minutes and if you add the 15 minutes they ask you to come before your appointment it’s an hour until you are seen.“

“A colleague of mine recommended this place to me over a year ago, as I felt I wasn’t getting a thorough enough exam at another West Seattle location. Dr. Chhim is kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to explain her process. I learned things that my previous optometrist never mentioned. And her amazing staff explain what frames are covered under your insurance too! I knew how much I was going to pay upfront and that made the buying process easier. I recently went in last minute, due to concerns that there was something in my eye. Even though she didn’t find anything amiss, she didn’t make me feel silly for coming in. Said it was likely either dry eye or very, very small debris. Gave me some lubricant drops to help “blink it out”. 24 hours later, I finally got the smallest eyelash I’ve ever seen out! Highly recommend.“

“Dr Mast is a very knowledgeable optometrist. The office staff makes insurance claims extremely easy. When filling eye glass prescriptions, the lab that they use is always able to fill any type of prescription, with different frame options. I also like the selection of eye glass frames that are available at the office. I have been going to the Twin Lakes Vision Clinic since the 1980s. When Dr Mast took over the practice in 2014, the quality and excellent service continued, which is why I still use them for my eye care needs.“
