“I had an excellent experience with Brittani at Vision Works in Tukwila. I originally went to Costco for an eye exam but decided to purchase glasses elsewhere because the optical department there felt very loud, busy, and poorly lit, which made it difficult to focus and properly see how frames looked. Choosing the right glasses is important, and I needed a quieter space where I could actually hear and communicate clearly.

When I visited Vision Works, Brittani was available to help me. My sister had worked with her previously and highly recommended her, so I felt confident right away. Brittani encouraged me to try on several frames, including both professional and fun styles. What I truly appreciated was her honesty she clearly told me which frames worked for my face and which did not. We narrowed it down from about ten pairs to two.

Brittani took the time to explain what the measurements on the glasses meant, gave me thoughtful options, and never pressured me into unnecessary add-ons. Her approach was down-to-earth, professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up choosing both a business pair and a fun pair, and I’m extremely excited about my selection.

I brought in my prescription from another location with no issues. Brittani clearly knows what she’s doing and is very knowledgeable when it comes to eye care and frame selection even if you’re unsure of what looks best on you.

“Today was my first time seeing Dr. Liaw. She was informative and kind and all around awesome. My tech Veronica was fantastic and the gals at the desk were above and beyond nice. All around a really great experience. I made the appt maybe 24 hours before and they got me right in. There was no waiting between tests. This office seems super efficient. Also they had very up to date equipment that I've never even seen before that was far more comfortable than I'm used to. So stoked this is close to my home.“

“I have a neck Injury/Disability that Restricts all upward/downward motion of my neck. I Never Knew how rude and un accommodating eye clinics can be in 2025 to people with disabilities. Fortunately i found Europe eye clinic. They assured me the would work with me over the phone and surely they did. I couldn’t use any of their normal medical devices. The Doctor had to pull out a personal portable suitcase with her mobile equipment she had used while on a humanitarian mission in Africa that was full of lenses and a set of headgear that can fit on anyone with disabilities. She went above and beyond in helping me gain my sight again. Thank you so much. This eye clinics is highly recommended in my book and they accept state Molina and Providerone. 6+ stars“
