“It was so easy to get scheduled even as a new patient. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the clinic for my appointment. The front ladies were very happy & you could tell enjoy their job. Dr Toy was great to work with. Very down to earth and answered all my questions making me feel heard. Lisa was so helpful picking new frames and explaining options to chose from. I picked frames that are made locally that are buy a pair give a pair program. I highly recommend them. It’s difficult to find a happier environment these days. I found my new eye clinic. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Ahn for the past 13 years. I actually bring the entire family for their annual vision checks. Dr. Ahn takes his time to discuss any issues with your eyes and makes sure you understand why something happens. I drive 45 mins to Issaquah Highlands and won’t switch.“

“Dr. Chang is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in the care of our daughter who has a rare eye condition. Him and his office are caring, communicative, and responsive. She sees an out of state specialist for her condition which can be hard, but Dr. Chang has been irreplaceable in helping coordinate and manage her care here at home in conjunction with the specialist. We are so grateful for him and his wonderful office and cannot recommend them highly enough!“

“I started going to their Bellevue Office about 30 years ago but love that they have an Issaquah Office! I'm a diabetic so eye care is very important to me and I feel I've had the best! I had Cataract surgery which was done expertly and now I no longer need distance glasses. I even got a call from the Doctor to monitor my progress which is unheard of! I'm surprised their rating is so low because it takes about 6 months to schedule an appointment though if there is an emergency, they fit you immediately.“
