Dylan readily makes available his time for customers who are shopping for a new style and offers sound advice when warranted. Never felt pushed, unimportant or a nuisance while working with him. I entirely him to anyone in the market for a new pair of spectacles. Thanks for the premier customer service! With the New Year approaching I hope comments of this nature will be considered while evaluating his performance.

5 out of 5 stars!
I went to this store on Dec 23th after having a horrible experience with Optics One in Renton and it completely changed my day for better. As soon as my boyfriend and I got into the store the male receptionist was AMAZING! He was super friendly and he was always very professional and polite. I was there to find a new pair of frames and he helped me with finding different options according to what I was looking for. I'm so thankful for him and how kindly he behaved. I ordered my cute new glasses from this location and I'm super excited to get them soon!
