I had an urgent eye issue that needed immediate attention. All aspects of this team were amazing. Scheduling got me in very quickly, the front desk was patient and friendly - even though they were short-staff, the medical assistant Daniel was amazing and upbeat. But the best was Dr. Tester who put me at ease, quickly identified my needs. Incredible office team - kind, efficient and well qualified!
The office runs like a well oiled machine, with staff that are actually happy to be working there. Warm welcomes, short wait, first class facilities and did I mention the staff? A great experience powered by great people and competent management.
From talking to someone in their billing department to setting up an appointment, checking on on the day of my appointment, having a nurse to get my vitals and to the doctor checking my eyes - everyone was very professional and willing to help.It seems Dr. Fredrickson is a no non-sense guy that he was able to check my eyes, explain their condition and helped me looked for what I should be paying attention to regarding care for my eyes.
