Annie Employee at the Benson plaza optical was about to call the shop. I called her if I can come in 5 mins. She said ok. Annie fixed my son's glasses so quickly. She was very friendly. Thank you so much Annie providing excellent customer service!!
Halima, is absolutely wonderful! On two separate occasions, I came in to have my elderly clients glasses fitted into new frames as his were very old and outdated. What seemed to be a daunting request she was able to effortlessly find the best solution. She put my mind at ease and exceeded my client’s expectations.
