I love the variety if frame styles and colors that break from the same plain styles every other glasses store seems to carry (thanks luxottica) and the staff are very friendly, relateable, and helpful. They have nerdy local art up on the walls for sale and as a queer person who is genderfluid, I’ve never felt judged or been made uncomfortable by anyone there. They were so kind with helping me decide between what frames I was going to buy despite how long I take to make a decision (I shopped frames for several hours ?). Eye exams are quick and easy, and they even fixed up the fit and nose pads on my existing glasses for free. “I saw Kathryn Thompson for my eye exam and follow up contact fitting and she was so nice. I got there a few minutes early to my appointments and was in and out both times. The entire staff was polite and explained everything really well. I asked if I could just used my old glasses since my prescription barely changed and she said yes. I was impressed with them not trying to pressure me to buy new ones when the old ones work perfectly fine. I will definitely be coming back.
