Overall, a great experience from start to finish to get our ~20 year old fireplace serviced. The pilot light was candling, the glass was fogged, and everything was generally dusty + dirty. Communication with Shawn ahead of the service was great, and Nick did a nice job from start to finish. I'd recommend Green Bear for fireplace maintenance.

Justin is very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand the inner workings of this fireplace in addition to the repair. Justin also cleaned it up and gave it some fresh paint. It looks great!
