When I called the builders they told me they went through Elite Flooring. When I called Elite Flooring I spoke to Debbie Moon. They did not carry my flooring anymore but Debbie went beyond and called the manufactures and she found me my flooring. She called me to update me when it will be delivered she even found out if my truck could carry all the boxes. Once the box has arrived she stayed later just to make sure that we can pick it up since we were running late and they were already closed I would do business with Elite Flooring and Debbie Moon anytime“

We shopped around and were under whelmed by other places. A competitor's estimate stated that carpet seams will show! Natasha assured us that the would not happen with Emerald and she was right. Everyone there was kind and patient with us as we took awhile to figure out what we wanted. They went to extreme lengths to make sure we were happy. “I had Ward take a scrap piece of carpet and cut it to length and bind the edges for me to make a stair runner. He suggested to cut the carpet a certain way so it would bend around the nose of the stairs properly and not show the stitching (as seen in the pictures). ( I installed the runner myself)This guy KNOWS carpet!He was very prompt and the price was great! Easy business to find in a commercial area of Auburn.Thank you so much.
