We needed to carpet our living space and so we went to many carpet stores, most were the large carpet stores and home improvement centers. We found Pacific Flooring and decided to stop and check them out as we both wanted a smaller local company, preferably family owned. Katherine greeted us right when we entered and was a wonderful help. Steered us to the brands that would suit our needs. The pricing was quite reasonable. She had to order the carpet we chose and it was installed the day after it arrived. Ernesto and his crew were wonderful, conscientious. Wanted to be sure all was to our liking. Highly recommend their services, 5 star.

We could not be happier with the job that Ernesto and his team did on our floor. From the early discussions on material and pricing to the finished product, Pacific Flooring was amazing to work with.I also want to give a 5 star rating to Ed and Miguel who adjusted their schedule last minute to accomodate an issue that came from me.We would not have the beautiful floor and trim without the dedication and precision from them.Thank you Pacific Flooring!!!

Ernesto came out and gave us a free estimate for an issue with our vinyl flooring. It was not installed properly and a bunch of gaps had appeared over time. He was kind and informative and we quickly scheduled him for a fix. He just left and the floor looks great! He was on time and his crew worked really efficiently. They seemed like nice, trustworthy guys.
