We had a STELLAR experience with Premiere Floors. Every one of their staff that we worked with were friendly, professional, and hard working. Their communication and follow-through were impeccable from the first time we walked into their showroom to the in-home consultation, product delivery, and installation. Our floors and baseboards were expertly done—the installers are true craftsmen. The process as well as the final product were very important to us, and Premiere exceeded our expectations every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend them!

While doing a remodel job of my home in Shoreline, I needed some white oak hardwood floor pieces to match existing hardwood floors. I looked everywhere but could not find a match. I stepped into Premiere Floors & Design Center with a sample hardwood and Jon Engels was able to find a match almost immediately. While he did not have it in stock, he located one for me in a warehouse in Kent and arranged for me to pick it up that same afternoon. The flooring was installed a few days later and it was a perfect match! Thank you Jon and front desk staff for your professionalism and responsiveness to your customers. I know where to go for my future flooring needs!
