We cannot say enough about Serg and Reserved Floors. These guys came in and completely refinished floors that were over one hundred years old. They literally did the impossible, and did it within our budget. Both Serg and Mike were honest, professional, and ALWAYS on time. So easy to work with in completing what we initially thought was impossible. We now have a PROFESSIONAL Hardwood floor contractor we can depend on to refinish and install all our hardwood floors as we continue to buy and remodel homes in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Needed to have hardwood floors repaired and refinished due to water damage. Serg was great and was able to work before and after the kitchen remodel crew so that the floors came out as perfect as possible when finished.
Serg personally brought my oak flooring back to life. He sanded, buffed and finished with a natural water based finish. The floor looks great and I’m very happy with the work. Serg is also great to work with, excellent follow up and everything happened as expected. Thank you Serg!
