Starting in the showroom with Erica, Abbey Carpet treated our small job like it was #1 on their list. The carpet was ordered and delivered expediently, besting our expectations. The install crew, Scott and Matt, were courteous, efficient and skilled craftsmen. We couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience with Abby, very helpful with tile selection, insulation was on schedule with a quality installer. Payment was easy with online payment options. Definitely will use Abby for future flooring needs.

In May we had a fire in our house which caused extensive damage to our flooring. Abbey carpet was so wonderful in working with us and our insurance company. After five months, we were finally ready to have our new LVP flooring installed only to find out that there was an issue with the sub floor. We were under a very tight time constraint due to the insurance inspection having been scheduled, but Abbey came through! They worked tirelessly to fix the subfloor and install the new flooring.
