Epic Hardwood Floors Llc is a passionate team of certified and accredited hardwood professionals serving the Puget Sound. Veteran owned with a great reputation and customer service, the company handles everything from repairs to custom projects, including refinishing and installation of hardwood floors with dust free HEPA-systems. As a Bona certified contractor, the team works to make any house a home. Working with Epic Hardwoods was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The team was professional, easy to work with, and fairly priced compared to other bids. They were patient with clients choosing the right stain color for 100+ year old white oak floors. The crew was professional, clean, and kept clients in the loop throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless, and the team was understanding and flexible with timeline changes. They showed up exactly on time, were incredibly polite and professional, and left the workspace clean. Detail oriented with a wonderful work ethic, these are true masters of the craft. Wood floors look brand new after sanding and refinishing, with scratches and gauges gone. The workmanship was excellent, and clients are very happy with how everything turned out.
I wanted to leave a thorough review of Epic Hardwoods LLC because our experience with them was truly exceptional.
I am writing this from the perspective of a customer, a fellow local contractor, and the project manager for a renovation that was extremely important to our church and parishioners. Our church dates back to 1911, and much of the flooring Epic restored was the original Douglas fir from that period. I had also spent much of the previous year painting and renovating the church and was personally involved in designing the new inlaid flooring and other architectural updates, so I was very particular about selecting the right flooring contractor.

Working with Epic Hardwoods in Tacoma was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Jade and the Epic team were professional, easy to work with, and fairly priced compared to other bids we got. They were patient with us as we took our time choosing the right stain color for our 100+ year old white oak floors. Their crew was professional, clean, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I trust this team completely and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful hardwood refinish or installation.
Five stars for an amazing team! Jade was wonderful to coordinate with; her communication was seamless, and she was so understanding and flexible with our timeline changes. Greg and Ethan handled the installation perfectly. They showed up exactly on time, were incredibly polite and professional, and left the workspace clean. We love our new floors!
