“I don't normally do reviews but I have to for Whatcom Optical. I have been a patient of theirs for about 5 years & twice they have been beyond wonderful in an emergency. The first time was actually the reason why I started being a patient- they saw me last minute when my regular eye doctor wouldn't even though it was an emergency. Then, this last summer I went on a camping trip and forgot my contacts. The staff and Dr Bastian went way beyond customer care to get me some contacts all the way out where I was camping- incredible! Dr Bastian even tried to find me a local optometrist so I could pick them up in the town near where I was. In the end they over-nighted me some contacts and I had them the next day. Thank you guys!!!“
