I purchased a pair of $349.00 Adidas glasses. They had straight arms and pushed against my head so that they stayed on. Gave me a headache. The rubber on the arms also irritated my ears. After two days I returned to the store. They ordered up a new pair, the same style as my old ones. No questions asked, no additional charges. Same price so a direct trade.I was expecting to be stuck with my purchase. What a great surprise! Our first experience with Specsavers but it wont be our last.
Specsavers has given me service above and beyond what I'd received in my last two prescriptions from Precision Optical. I believe that Specsavers have just taken another customer.
I had a happy experience at Specsavers. Because my prescription had changed a bit, I was allowed to have a new set made. This was superb customer service!! I really like the second frame much better.
