It was my first time visiting New Look for an eye exam and progressive glasses, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Baradi was incredibly thorough during the checkup, and Karen did a fantastic job ensuring my new glasses fit perfectly. Highly recommend their professional team!
Absolutely incredible!! The doctor was so helpful, friendly and super informative! The staff… were… INCREDIBLE!! Shout out to Victoria and Karen, it’s like they were family and they treated me with kindness and patience! if you want help finding the perfect frames go to them!!! They are so friendly, helpful and take the time to find you a pair of frames that suit you and you’re happy with! I have been shopping left right and centre for glasses and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I’ll will be back with friends :)
