It’s been an amazing experience working with her on my mind body connection. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my core and balance. She’s very patient but also knows when to challenge you. It’s honestly been the best investment in my health and I’m so happy our paths crossed!“

9291 46th Ave SW, Seattle“I have been taking Pilates classes with Cynthia for the past two years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Her keen focus on body mechanics, form, and alignment has truly transformed the way I move and feel. Every session is thoughtfully designed, and she takes the time to ensure that each movement is performed with precision, helping me build strength while avoiding injury.
Her attention to detail and personalized approach make all the difference, and she has a gift for tailoring exercises to meet individual needs.
And of course, I have to mention her two adorable golden retrievers, Josh and Sam, who are always around to brighten my day with their cuteness. They make the studio feel even more welcoming and are such a delightful part of the experience.“

She has been a great help with our fitness and is one of the nicest people we've met coming back to Tacoma. The facility is well maintained, always clean and neat, and the equipment is obviously cared for. The location in Old Tacoma is easy to get to with plenty of close parking. In addition to private sessions, Navi also offers remote mat classes during the week (so you can do some work without having to go in to the studio). If you're looking for a Pilates studio I really recommend Navi.“

124 4th Ave S Ste 130, Kent“I just upgraded to unlimited (and you will too if you give it a try) within my 3 month commitment. Club Pilates is the most amazing environment I've ever had working out, and I've tried it all. The studio itself is transparent and friendly and informative! It's clean and the equipment is well cared for.Pilates is not about competition or about showing up at 100% each time. It is about your body and how it works. It is about control of your muscles and mind and breathing. It is about getting stronger and more balanced each time. It's also more often than not about "feet in straps"... and it can also be about cardio if you take those classes, or happen to have an instructor that is extra bouncy! Each instructor has their own personality and brings their own style to the reformer, which is great and fun to come back knowing what kind of class you will have based on the person. Even in my first class, I felt welcomed and safe and encouraged to only go as far as I could that day.As someone with chronic low back pain, I can vouch that Pilates done regularly (even at home if you only go in twice a week!) will keep the low back pain at bay (yes they have virtual classes).I've been going for 2 months and have 12 classes under my belt. I am very excited to continue on this journey with everyone at the studio!“

“The studio is adorable and inviting. The teacher and other participants were lovely and welcoming. The class I took was great, gentle, but still had tons of options to make it as challenging as an individual would like it. The equipment was well organized, clean and available for all. I'm looking forward to trying out all of the different classes offered. I also loved the shorter session at noon, as a work from home person this made it very convenient!“
