    I just upgraded to unlimited (and you will too if you give it a try) within my 3 month commitment. Club Pilates is the most amazing environment I've ever had working out, and I've tried it all. The studio itself is transparent and friendly and informative! It's clean and the equipment is well cared for.Pilates is not about competition or about showing up at 100% each time. It is about your body and how it works. It is about control of your muscles and mind and breathing. It is about getting stronger and more balanced each time. It's also more often than not about "feet in straps"... and it can also be about cardio if you take those classes, or happen to have an instructor...read full review

    I know group classes can be intimidating, but they are small, and the instructors are incredible. The Kent studio is also a very welcoming community to all ages and ability levels.Come join us! :)

    My physician recommended a low impact workout like pilates or yoga due to an arthritic ankle so I tried Club Pilates and I’m so happy that I did! The instructors make it fun and I feel great afterward. I’ve been a member here since September 2022 and I’ve always been able to take at least 3-4 classes a week with no issues even on a wait list. My body is stronger and I’m learning to modify my movements if it doesn’t feel right for my ankle. I highly recommend the Kent location!
