    Great intro class, low impact but I was happily surprised to feel a little soreness in my core. Friendly staff and lots of variety of socks (I didn’t have any). Plenty of parking.

    This is the studio I’ve been looking for💯! Hard to find and so worth every penny. Passionate, professional instructors who are dedicated to your health and the pilates method. I’m 60 years old so not the typical client, but they make me feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re serious about strength training, balance and maintaining good posture.

    This studio is very welcoming, clean, and well organized. I'm trying pilates for the first time as part of physical therapy, and this environment has been a nice place to learn. The limited class size helps reduce the intimidation factor, and the instructors are helpful and mindful of your form. I've gotten better pain relief from my recent classes than I have from massage. If you're curious about pilates, give their intro class a try.
