My husband purchased a safe step walk in tub for me which was a giant surprise. I have a very bad back with nerve damage in my legs. I was right the walk in tub is fantastic. I can get in my new tub sit down and turn on the warm water sit back and enjoy it. I can move my legs around in the water and it really makes my back my muscles and joints feel better and it helps with the numbness and nerve problems in myIt also makes my bathroom look twice as big as it did to begin with. It is absolutely gorgeous and I love it I am so happy with my beautiful tub.

The salesman, Ryan, cane out to see us first. He was on time, very courteous and made sure we had all of our queestions answered. He's a very nice young man and we enjoyed his company. The people who called to schedule were very informative. The best part was when she called to tell us our tub would be 2 weeks earlier than we anticipated. A very pleasant surprise. The installers were right on time and finished up in one day. There was very little dust when they left and basically you wouldn't know they'd been there when they did leave. They were also very helpful when we asked questions.All in all a very pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend...read full review

The safe step team were very efficient and did an awesome job. You wouldn't know they were here most of the day. There was now evidence that they did any work in my home. The tub looked like it had always been there.
