“Pedram stands behind his work and honors his warranty. I hired Empire Drain to install an outdoor drain in front of my garage. After the installation, one side of the new drain pipe unexpectedly lowered, and the drain wasn't as efficient. I called Pedram and showed him a photo. He scheduled the repair for 2 days later. They dug up that end of the pipe and added gravel under it to ensure the correct downward slope. I thought I'd need to wait a few weeks - but Pedram really wanted to fix it and acted fast. And I've had zero issues since then! The fix worked. If you want the job done right, hire Empire Drain. They have high standards and will make sure you are satisfied with the results.”
“Edward and his team did two bathroom renovations for us last year, one right after the other. From the beginning, we knew they would be trusted partners to help us bring the designs to life. We had never done a major renovation before, so we had no idea what to expect. Did everything go perfectly the entire time? No, but that’s construction! What we appreciated about Builderland is they were *honest* and kind, which really helps make the stressful process of renovating a bit easier. In the end, we have two absolutely beautiful bathrooms that were delivered on budget and as close to as on time as possible. We’d definitely recommend them for a renovation project.”
