I found out about Rainier by watching them do a neighbor's roof, and it was clear they did good work. So I hired them for my roof, and was happy with the entire process: they communicate like crazy (daily updates, photos), clearly know what they are doing, worked efficiently and cleanly (every day they picked up all their stuff), and even came late one night when it looked like it might rain to tarp the un-covered part of the roof to make sure we didn't get any water infiltration. Very happy with them all around.
We had a very positive experience with Rainier in having our roof replaced. Andrew, the contract liaison, came out and made a thorough inspection of the roof shingles, the underlying plywood, the areas of concern for water protection, as well as the attic spaces, and he took the time to really talk through the things that would be needed and the different options, plus referred me to other roofs Rainier has done in our area.
