The crew stripped and installed the new roof in about a day and a half, going above and beyond to make sure the roof was perfect.
l really like the material used and the design great; however there were areas that were not completed satisfactory and to me seemed flawed. Specifically, the gutter edges are not smooth. They seem to be bent in an unfinished, unfitting way. And also one off the shingles seem to be torn. When I questioned the laborer abut the shingle he state it could not be fixed and when I questioned him about the way the ends fitted around the gutters he directed me to look at my neighbors roof.and stated that is the way they are supposed to look. I'm at the owner of the company at the Puyallup spring Fair. He took the time to really speak with me and hear my concerns and make a recommendation for the product that would work best on my roof. The estimator was very thorough and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters.
