Incredibly helpful staff without resorting to pressuring tactics. Jessica was knowledgeable, efficient, and listened to/responded to my requests. She allowed me to browse as long as I wanted and checked in with me appropriately. The selection of quartz was vast and the showroom was impeccably clean. I appreciated the product sheet with categories of quartz as well.

The dispay of material was superb. More the staff was very helpful. They answered questions well. They obtained samples of materials offered that were not on site.. The Kent area is easily accessible by road. The trip is worth it.

Katie at MSI Seattle is amazing! She made sure that the slabs we were interested in were up front and easy for us to see. She wrote up the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We picked up some tile later and missed 1 box. Katie straightened it out for us lickety split! So nice and helpful!
