MSI is a solid place to make decisions on counter tops. Our contractor suggested we go to the Kent store to look for our quartz slab that is going in our kitchen. They have an easy check in registration process to get you started. After check in we were greeted immediately by Michelle Ruiz. She talked with us about our project to understand what product we needed. She then took us to the showroom area and explained how to look for what we needed. She also gave us a sheet list to be able to decide which pieces were for us. Yes, we were able to decide on what we needed. Staff is terrific. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great selection of quartz and natural stone easily viewed and compared inside the Kent, WA showroom. The showroom has Saturday hours for convenience. There’s also a back room for comparing quartz samples side by side and shower options along with MSI flooring and ceramic tile samples on display.
