Outstanding customer service and craftsmanship! I highly recommend Vashon Floor Store to anyone who is looking for flooring. My experience was one of the easiest and most pleasant after many years of construction and remodeling projects on Vashon. Frank helped me choose a few samples one week ago, today I am sitting back in my living room after replacing all of the flooring in my home! Frank is knowledgeable, kind, communicative and time sensitive. His team was very respectful of our space and possessions and was able to replace the flooring with our large furniture still in the house. I could not be more pleased with the quality of product and service I received from Vashon Floor Store! I had both carpet and hardwood flooring installed. I had originally gotten a bid from off-island, but wanted to support local business. Their pricing ended up being a bit better, but it was the warm attention to wanting to do things right that sold me. The owner, Frank, was with me every step, and each of the installers were skilled and trustworthy people. In fact, one of the installers brought me an envelope of cash he found in a closet. Just really good people doing great work. I hope everyone on the island chooses them first.
