My recent experience with this long-time island company was an excellent one. They arrived each day exactly when they said they would. Their carpet offerings can suit nearly every budget and I appreciated their flexibility (and guidance) when I made a change to the initial order. They did a thorough job cleaning up after installation.
Frank, the business owner, is a responsive communicator via phone, in person, email, and text. He updates quotes and helps manage the materials and timeframe. Gregario, who installed the floors did an incredible job. He is very detail-oriented and worked late into a Friday evening in order to finish the job. Our floors look incredible!
We were very pleased with the service we received from the Vashon Floor Store. We were having work done on our vacation home while we were out of state and they were great about communicating with us to let us know what was going on. When problems were encountered they went above and beyond expectations to solve them. The end result turned out great. We would definitely use them again.
