Casey Richart was the main contractor that I worked with. They communicated between themselves and me, any necessary changes or problems that arose due to the fact that dry rot is like an onion, you never know what you're dealing with until you begin peeling back the layers. Casey always arrived on time and if he was going to be delayed the following day, he let me know when I could expect him. Andrew would check in periodically to see how things were going. They involved me in the process, answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work.
