I have loved every visit I have had and feel phenomenally better after seeing her each time. She develops specific exercises for you at home as well to maintain your realignment. I refer all my friends and family to her and now drive from Tacoma to see her because she is so good.“

She really gets to know you, learn about the injury, and shares her thoughts on healing, gives exercise routines and follows through on how my body is feeling and functioning. I also really liked her quiet zen office space. I felt very calm while working with her.“

The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have had such great care and a thorough plan to address my needs. In the first visit Lia cured my vertigo! I was amazed. Week to week I was given different exercises and knowledge to advance my recovery. I am so impressed with the facility itself, and everyone who works there. If you are looking for a place to go for physical therapy, I highly recommend Axis.“

3800 Montlake Blvd NE, Seattle“I started seeing one of the founding members when he was at Greenwood Physical Therapy and my uncle, who worked with athletes, recommended them and I was matched to Jeremiah. From about 2012 - 2024 and moves away from and back to Seattle and also post covid destruction and also after taking up daily running again in 2024 Jeremiah saw me through everything. I built arches thru muscle work, strengthened my rib cage, stabilized my knees and hips and was brought into neutral. I moved again and fly back to Seattle and hope to see Jeremiah on my next trip back. I’ve seen physical therapists in MT, WA, MN and now live in CO. Alpine Physical therapy is top notch - they use one another and collaborate and they even referred me to the best dentist and optometrist in Seattle. Having had poor health care professionals in Seattle, I know the good ones.“

12911 120th Ave NE suite e60, Kirkland“Our daughter had torticollis and a strong head-turn preference that led to plagiocephaly and asymmetric motor skills, so we started physical therapy at First Step when she was just 2 months old. Working with Anyssa Ruiz Fairchild was one of the best decisions we made as first-time parents.
Anyssa not only helped fully resolve our daughter’s torticollis and head-turn preference, but also supported her overall motor development and confidence. By the time our daughter graduated at 8 months old, she was testing in the 90th percentile for motor skills — an outcome we truly credit to Anyssa’s expertise and care.
At every visit, Anyssa treated our baby with so much compassion and attentiveness, and she always took the time to clearly explain what she was seeing and why certain exercises mattered. She gave us practical, easy-to-follow exercises to do at home, which made us feel empowered and confident between sessions — especially as first-time parents.
We are incredibly grateful to First Step and to Anyssa for changing our daughter’s trajectory and setting her up for long-term success. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.“

201 Yale Ave N, Seattle“Dr. Taylor Easley was an incredible physical therapist, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. When I first started treatment, I was dealing with almost constant low back pain that was affecting my daily life and honestly just making everything harder.
Dr. Taylor really took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing and made me feel heard from the very beginning. She never rushed appointments and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
She created a personalized physical therapy plan specifically for my needs, and over the course of a few months, my back pain improved tremendously. Thanks to her knowledge, patience, and dedication, I am now feeling so much better and able to return to normal activities without the constant pain I had before.
Dr. Taylor is professional, caring, and genuinely invested in her patients recovery. I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with back pain or really any kind of physical therapy needs.“

Dr Conlan Brown has been fantastic. From my knee ACL rehab to shoulder and wrist pains. Twice I remember him fixing something I didn’t know existed or could be related to the pain I was having.
Clinton and everyone in the front desk are also the best. It feels great to just walk in and you’re already checked in with barely a word since they remember everyone’s face!“

“Kerry and his team were great to work with. Even with moving to a new state, Kerry and his team were efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the loan process, making this the smoothest experience we have had yet. Highly recommend working with Kerry and his team for any financing needs.“
