“I’ve been visiting this practice off and on for the past few years due to an injury. Imagine my surprise when I was told that I can’t book an appointment without filling out paperwork online. I filled out the wrong paperwork and the office called to advise me that I still need to fill out the correct paperwork. I can understand giving this option to people however making it a condition for getting an appointment seems unreasonable. If I wasn’t already a patient here and very happy with my therapist- I would go elsewhere.”
