I started seeing one of the founding members when he was at Greenwood Physical Therapy and my uncle, who worked with athletes, recommended them and I was matched to Jeremiah. From about 2012 - 2024 and moves away from and back to Seattle and also post covid destruction and also after taking up daily running again in 2024 Jeremiah saw me through everything. Their approach focuses on postural restoration, a gentle treatment that address your issues and can train your body/nervous system to function more effectively and...read full review

The orthotics I obtained have helped quite a bit but it took about 6 weeks to see significant improvement. Two things that Alpine told me were that I should gradually wear the orthotics. Start with 2 hours per day and work up from there. The other was to focus on walking by touching my heel first to...read full review
