1122 NE 130th St, Seattle“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Toni is absolutely wonderful. She really listens to concerns, and she takes a full body approach to your health. I have loved every visit I have had and feel phenomenally better after seeing her each time. She develops specific exercises for you at home as well to maintain your realignment. I refer all my friends and family to her and now drive from Tacoma to see her because she is so good.“
“Chris saved my run. I have waited ~3 years to write this, wanted to make it poignant. I was a trim/muscular 200 lb, 55 year old recreational runner with a diagnosed tear of my left medial meniscus. Ignored surgical recommendation and on the advice of a second doctor, went to Chris. He laid out the work for me, and voila, six months later I was back to my 5 mile run, 3 times a week. I continue to spend 45 minutes, once or twice a week, doing the strength training Chris showed me, and I am still doing that run, 3 years later, with my meniscus intact. Thank you Chris!“

21009 76th Ave W, Edmonds“Gone here a few times and the physical therapists are wonderful! They are very friendly, accomodating, and answer every question with the intention to help me understand.
However, I am going to leave four stars because one thing has irked me the few times I have gone: I don’t feel as welcomed upon walking in as I would expect. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful once you start talking to them, but when you first walk in, they seem upset that you are there. They don’t greet you and wait until you speak to them. In addition, the last time I came in, every one of them seemed to be staring very intensely at me as if it was offensive of me to come in. I don’t understand why. I’d expect to be said “Hello!” to and asked if I have an appointment, instead the five or so people who stand around behind the receptionist desk just stare and wait for you to speak.
The last time I went was also the first time I saw the founder of Axis and we only passed by one another, yet he didn’t smile, even just to be polite. He simply did the same kind of blank stare. I find that quite strange. Especially since the physical therapists are so friendly and make me feel welcome.
I would also appreciate being told that I will be starting with another therapist for the first part of my session before my regular therapist that I had scheduled to see arrives.
Other than those few concerns, I feel comfortable working with the therapists, plus the place is clean and so is the equipment. It is also decorated nicely which I think adds to the comfortable feel of the environment.“

She really gets to know you, learn about the injury, and shares her thoughts on healing, gives exercise routines and follows through on how my body is feeling and functioning. I also really liked her quiet zen office space. I felt very calm while working with her.“

3800 Montlake Blvd NE, Seattle“I started seeing one of the founding members when he was at Greenwood Physical Therapy and my uncle, who worked with athletes, recommended them and I was matched to Jeremiah. From about 2012 - 2024 and moves away from and back to Seattle and also post covid destruction and also after taking up daily running again in 2024 Jeremiah saw me through everything. I built arches thru muscle work, strengthened my rib cage, stabilized my knees and hips and was brought into neutral. I moved again and fly back to Seattle and hope to see Jeremiah on my next trip back. I’ve seen physical therapists in MT, WA, MN and now live in CO. Alpine Physical therapy is top notch - they use one another and collaborate and they even referred me to the best dentist and optometrist in Seattle. Having had poor health care professionals in Seattle, I know the good ones.“

I’ve cycled through acupuncture, massages, physical therapy, and Pilates and while they all helped, I credit Shrutee with really helping me get to a place where I am nearly pain-free. She’s coached me on some movement and lifestyle changes that have collectively got my body into her much better place. Five out of five - highly recommend.“

Annabelle and Rury were also very accommodating as I learned the ropes of commuting by Metro and occasionally needed schedule adjustments. Sometimes I would arrive quite early, and if Rury was available she’d take me early.
PT takes commitment, and Rury consistently provided support, structure, and encouragement along the way. I’m grateful for the care I received.“

201 Yale Ave N, Seattle“Dr. Taylor Easley was an incredible physical therapist, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. When I first started treatment, I was dealing with almost constant low back pain that was affecting my daily life and honestly just making everything harder.
Dr. Taylor really took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing and made me feel heard from the very beginning. She never rushed appointments and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
She created a personalized physical therapy plan specifically for my needs, and over the course of a few months, my back pain improved tremendously. Thanks to her knowledge, patience, and dedication, I am now feeling so much better and able to return to normal activities without the constant pain I had before.
Dr. Taylor is professional, caring, and genuinely invested in her patients recovery. I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with back pain or really any kind of physical therapy needs.“

Dr Conlan Brown has been fantastic. From my knee ACL rehab to shoulder and wrist pains. Twice I remember him fixing something I didn’t know existed or could be related to the pain I was having.
Clinton and everyone in the front desk are also the best. It feels great to just walk in and you’re already checked in with barely a word since they remember everyone’s face!“

24007 Edmonds Way, Edmonds“As a first time mom, I was not prepared for or educated about the aftermath of giving birth. It became quickly apparent that I was in need of pelvic floor therapy. The wait for in-network specialists was months long, so I found Lilly Physical Therapy. This was hands down the best money I’ve ever spent, and an integral part of my healing and recovery postpartum. Each therapist was personable, knowledgeable, validating, and took the time to tailor my healing journey for me and my issues at hand. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Lilly Physical Therapy for helping me heal and carrying me through one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life!“

2211 5th Ave, Seattle“I can’t say enough good things about HiDef Therapy.
First, huge thank you to Dr. Andy Mai, PT, DPT. He wasn’t my formal physical therapist, but he was there at the gym coaching, cheering, and helping me think through programming. I recently achieved a one-arm pull-up - a goal I had been chasing for 7 years - and with his guidance, I finally got there in about 5 months. His encouragement, knowledge, and belief in me made a huge difference.
Second, I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Noelle White, PT, DPT. She helped me take my shoulder from painful and limiting to fully recovered. She also helped monitor my tendons and build smart programming so I could stay healthy while continuing CrossFit classes and training hard.
The team at HiDef Therapy is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping people move better and reach their goals. Highly recommend them.“

“I struggled for over a year with tendonitis in my elbow. The gang at SPT guided me through tailored exercises. These movements weren't easy, but they strengthened my imbalances and stimulated recovery.
Thanks to everyone, especially Anna and Darren.
P.S. The new building looks great!“
