“I give my technician, IVAN PIETZ, 5 stars. He did an amazing job. The 4 stars is because of the initial salesman who sold me the contract. He was less than forthcoming about how it worked and how many times I would be billed and for how long. I was told quarterly and we were already in the second quarter so only 3 more visits/payments. That isn't how it works at all, but I signed the contract without reading the pages of details on his little ipad.. I felt "tricked" to say the least. With that said the customer service has been amazing and for the first time in years we aren't overrun with boxelder bugs.“
