We realized this morning that our dog had fleas and wanted to get an exterminator to the house ASAP. We called insight and they were able to accommodate a same day appointment.
Andy arrived within the stated time window and gave us a 30 min ETA as promised by their dispatch. When he showed up he listened to our issue and immediately began solving our problem. He worked efficiently and was done in about 45 minutes.
Thus far we are very happy with how quickly insight responded. Andy did a great job giving us advice on what to continue doing to keep the fleas away. Thanks again.
Fast response. I called this morning and they got someone out right away. Leighton did a good job of the initial job assessing the situation, setting traps and bait boxes, and spraying for clothing moths. I like that they'll take care of both issues in their service. They provide a high, what seems to be initial quote and offer a significant discount of you sign up today. With the discount it was about the same price as the other quotes that I got, which felt a bit gimmicky. But overall, I'm pleased and optimistic that they'll resolve my pest issues
Hyrum was on time and thorough! He did a lot of work in the short amount of time and was able to communicate with me about what he inspected, what he found and how he was going to fix the problem. 10/10
