“Had Damien & Nelson out to start rodent control after we've observed rats in the yard in daylight hours in the last week or two. We've lived at our house for 5 years and never seen a rat until now. Damian was very patient and very thorough in explaining their treatment process, safeguards to ensure the poison only impacts the rats and not other animals in the environment like squirrels or animals that might feed on rats (owls, raptors, cats, coyotes).
